The blogs are a buzz with the leaking of a supposed new Janet Jackson promo photo this week. The star recently started a twitter page and spoke briefly about working on a new album:
I just finished working on the film, “Why Did I Get Married Too.” I’m looking forward to getting started on my new album!
After splitting with Def Jam, she was rumored to be releasing an album this year under Live Nation. But after the tragic death of her brother, Michael Jackson – the new release was pushed back.

It’s creepy and odd, but very interesting. I love the art form of it. Janet is soooooooo played out. She’s had threee albums that flopped, compared to her previous albums, and no one is really checking for her anymore. 2. Lose weight, you can’t dance and perform if you as big as you were on that last tour
3. Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and You have magic, and start writing your own songs (even thou it’s been said that Renee was writting all your songs and directing your tours)
4. Listen to your fans, ENJOY was a hit, everyone told you, but you kept letting the label release bullcrap

Janet hooking back up with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and doing her own writing is definitely the recipe for getting back to her classic success. The sister talented with a successful career spanning 20+ years.
No need for gimmicks – she is still the best at what she does. And as far a trying to look like Micheal in this shot – she doesn’t have to do anything. She naturally looks like Micheal – and she looks best in her natural beauty.
I love Janet. I think she should just stick to a few producers though. No more than 3. The Velvet Rope is def her best album but I like her song ‘All For You’.
