Bosco’s well-rounded taste in music, which include contemporary alternative artists as well as legends of sound from the 1930’s, 40’s, and 50’s and that’s clear on Brittany’s rereleased EP, Spectrum 2.0.

I started following her on twitter when I saw Estelle and Dawn from Danity Kane tweet about her song Black & White! That video is so simple and gorgeous!

Good luck , hopefully we see more real music like this in 2010

I think her music is hot and would love to hear it live with a nice band. This is a breath of fresh air compared to all the wackness that’s on the radio right now.

I saw her at PST in Frisco and she brought some Asian dude on stage and sang to him , she probably made his month with all that southern charm she had!

I bought her Gold bubble wrap cd, I love it! She needs to come to the West Cost more often!

Seen her in LA @ the Dakota Lounge this chick took control of her show like no other! She had sound issues at the start of her set and straight up jumped off stage, went to the soundbooth, fixed it and came back and put on a damn good show!

Any artist willing to jump in the crowd, lay down on the ground and sing the way she did, deserves you downloading her music for free…

And fellas.. trust me, im a LA nigga, and they dont make em like that , this sista got the curves to go along! Even dude from U.N.I said something bout it’!

She sounds a little like jazmine sullivan, but she has a great voice on her and I like her style.

she actually looks a whole lot like kelly rowland. i like the video though, pretty songs

28.

Oohhh.. I love her voice. lmao She does look like Prince a bit in the top pic as someone mentioned.

29.

bryant

Tuesday, September 1, 2009 /

..She sounds nothing like Kelly Rowland AT ALL. Kelly has a great voice, but this girl’s voice is a bit grittier. Doesn’t sound like Jazmine either, besides both of their voices being gritty. Wonder why everyone always tries to liken new artists to someone else…

OK, I was about to really spazz and say what is this bs, but then I heard Black & White. OK, I’m intrigued! I like what I hear, not sold yet, but will look out for her album
In the mean time, Black and White will be on repeat. Im gonna download the album when I get home from work and see if I change my mind!

She sounds like Jaziman Sullivan on the first track and Janelle Monae on the second one. In her defense, two great sounding artists.

I like “8 Track.” I’m interested in hearing more of her soon.
On a side note, I was super disappointed when I saw those cliche star tattoos on her neck. ugh, I couldn’t help but think of Rihanna! But to each, her own, right? =/

i dont like her sound. its like she is trying to hard to be neo soul/robotic

she is trying to hard to sound like erykah, outkast/andre3000 and bluesy.

the first two songs are wack and why is she talking about mind control already

her facial expressions are not cute and wayy too much. she needs to stop being so dramatic in the video

36.

OK, were these 2 songs recorded on an 8-Track tape?
I actually like both songs, but her Sound Engineer needs to b fired. Hopefully the album versions will be mixed down better, and recorded in a top-notch Studio, not somebodys basement.

8-Track would b a hit if Erykah Badu did it. Glitch could b a hit if Jill Scott did it. With better sound production, perhaps they will do well with Brittany doing them. I wish her well.

1. Bosco is no product of Beyonce or Mariah Carey, that was the most ignorant thing I’ve ever read, you based that off of a butterfly head band, its just a head band

2. Because I listen to Janelle Monae, I know she sounds nothing like her Bosco is her own person.

3. I wasn’t really a fan before, seen her perform around, but I love these tracks….., but she has an amazing voice and an amazing team. Shouts out to Fadia Kader.
