Wooow! Back up! I like Kelly, but that close up is bad. Her hair looks like the kind thats on baby dolls. And that crappy jewelry, standing there looking like one of Bob’s beauties, I hope shes getting paid for wearing it, that’s the only excuse I can see for her going out looking like this besides Halloween. I believe that that is an owl on her chain. If it is, it represents Molech. The owl is used as an Illuministic symbol because it can see even in darkness. In other words, once initiated, these people believe that they have insight that others don’t.
