Guess who was spotted arriving to dinner in Beverly Hills on Tuesday? Hint: The former boy group star is now married with 2 kids.
It’s Shawn Stockman from multi-award winning group Boyz II Men. He was spotted heading to dinner and leaving Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
Last we heard, the remaining members of Boyz II Men is still traveling to select cities. And Shawn started his own record label called Soul Chemistry Projects a couple years ago.

I had no idea. Glad he’s getting his grown man on with a wife and two kids. He was def one of the better singers of the group. Though, ALL of them could sang.

Former??? Boyz II Men are extremely popular overseas. There last album in 2007 went platinum overseas. They are still working hard and grinding and touring there butts off. They have a new album that will be released in November and then another album next year for there 20th anniversary. There’s nothing former about Shawn Stockman and Boyz II Men. They may not have the popularity as other artists now but they are still around. Not only that I wouldn’t consider Boyz II Men a “boy group.” Boyz II Men are way above ‘NSync and Backstreet Boys.

Silk and Blackstreet did a 90′s retro tour earlier this summer with Next.
Intro, after the passing(HIV) of former-lead singer Kenny Greene, the group went their sep ways for awhile and rejoined a few years ago. They never got signed, but did a few gigs until they disbanded again.
The lead singer of H-Town is now into Gospel music now.
The lead siner of Hi-Five died a few years ago from a drug overdose (he was found near a hotel air conditioner, said to had been trying to inhale the fumes from the cooling system)

Boys 2 men are still very popular here in SA (South Africa)…. they recently came down to have a concert and it was off the hook…
I thought Denzel at first cause of the hat.. but hey, at least he’s working and can afford Mr Chow’s.. and not cracked up, dead or washed up like most boy and female groups from the 90s

I saw Boyz II Men perform recently and… they still got it. Their harmonies were surreal. There was not a dry eye in the house by the time they finished singing “End Of The Road”.

I remember Boyz II Men coming over to London about 8 years ago and my sister and I were so surprised at how good looking Shawn actually was in person. In pictures hes always looked abit off but he was very fresh up close.

wow, this site is too funny because BoyzllMen have money and will always continue to tour. I dont know why some people equate not being popular in the states no more to being has beens. BoyzllMen did 2 sold out performances at bbkings in may. And as the other poster mentioned they tour overseas a lot. They still release music and are doing well. The only way to make money and be successful is not in the USA.

Yeah Boyz II Men still tour,etc. I saw a concert on some cable channel(not one of the really popular channels-or else I would name then-SMH) a few months ago and it was a great concert,one of those HD channels…I’m still trying to recall the channel…anyway-LOL!

That’s exactly what I am talking about. People talking like Boyz II Men are broke. Far from it. They are hustling there butts off. The Remedy album even went platinum overseas as well. They produced and wrote all those songs themselves. Shawn also writes for other artists.
Just because they are not as popular in the states, as they are overseas they are far from over. I wish people would actually research before they make comments.
It’s a shame they don’t get the recognition in the states as they use to because Shawn, Nate, and Wanya can kill most of these new artists out with there vocal ability.

I say BoyzIIMen in concert in Los Angeles earlier this year, and they were still the business!! I love them even more today than I did back then. When I listen to all the crap on the radio today that is considered music, it makes me happy that I can still listen to them, and believe me those MEN can SING!! ….All of them! AND it was an amazing show. Everytime they are in L.A., I shell out money to see them and compared to a couple other shows I just saw in L.A., they were the best! So please don’t hate….’cause they still have it!
