Remember the “Ring the Alarm” performance on the VMAs a few years ago, the way you came flying in on the rope, well Brittney Spears had that exact same entrance the year before COPYonce did it. Her VMA performance was no exception. She was okay, but it only reminded me of Janet’s Rhythm Nation performance with her and the dancers doing everything in unison. Just the booty popping verision. All singers are not power vocalists like Patti, Mariah, Whitney, etc., and Janet happens to be one. The lady sings, just not like them. Get over it. Oh and that “Let Taylor Have Her Moment” stint was as much for FAKEyonce as it was for Taylor. She had to save face as someone else pointed out earlier. Kanye had already put her on blast because her unoriginal video didn’t win and she had to clean up his mess. If she didn’t address the moment, folks would have likely said she agreed with what Kanye did. And U and I both know she didn’t want that. Word out now is that because she “let Taylor have her moment”, she and hubby Jay-Z had a huge blow up afterwards because he felt she was disloyal to the ROC family by not supporting Kanye especially since MTV asked him to leave after his stupidity. Guess who Jazzy Z hung out with at the afterparty…..his girlfriend Rhianna.
