I saw the clip of the film you posted a few months ago and “ACTRESS” is the thee appropriate title for Mariah Carey. She played her role so well I almost didn’t know she was the same actress from “Glitter.” “Actress Mariah Carey”… duly noted.

It’s in limited theaters on November the 6th (most independent/small films first open in limited theaters, like Slumdog Millionaire, Juno and No Country For Old Men) but it opens wider the next weekend.

honestly, i’m glad that it’s in limited release. i appreciate independent films. WHY?! well, because if this got nation wide release, it wouldn’t be as gritty as a film.

I expect that this will be a great film. It was a very good book. I love Tyler and Oprah for coming together and giving us another movie to go to. It is collaborative effort that should be commended. Everyone looks nice. Mariah, definately looks good with her curls fom back in the day.
