Singer/performer Chris Brown was spotted leaving the LAX Airport on Monday morning In Los Angeles. The star has the internet a buzz because of his upcoming appearance on Larry King. He released ANOTHER press statement in response to a video snippet the CNN released on Monday.
There have been reports on the internet that I didn’t remember what happened that night with Rihanna. I want to try and set things straight.
That 30 seconds of the interview they used of me was taken from a one hour interview during which that same question was asked something like 4 or 5 times — and when you look at the entire interview you will see it is not representative of what I said.
The first four times – or how ever many times it was – I gave the same answer — which was that I didn’t think it was appropriate for me to talk about what happened that night. I said it was not right for me and it really wasn’t fair to Rihanna. The fifth time – or whatever it was – I just misspoke. I was asked, “Do you remember doing it?” and I said, “No.”
Of course I remember what happened. Several times during the interview, my mother said that I came to her right afterwards and told her everything. But it was and still is a blur. And yes, I still can’t believe it happened because it is not me or who I am or is what happened like anything I have ever done before.
As I have said several times previously, I am ashamed of and sorry for what happened that night and I wish I could relive that moment and change things, but I can’t. I take full responsibility for my actions. What I have to do now is to prove to the world that this was an isolated incident and that is not who I am and I intend to do so by my behavior now and in the future.
Here’s an idea for Chris. Try not speaking about this issue anymore? That way he doesn’t have to keep apologizing or clarifying his statements.
The media is really after Chris. I think it would be best that he stays quiet for now on and let this go away. It’s slow right now in the msm……once the health care reform pick up next week they will forget this but I think Chris is hurting himself by reopening this wound up. This day will pass but Chris have to be willing to let this pass too.

Those were rumors that have not been confirmed. She has actaully already had him on her show when he traveled with her to Africa. Technically, she already has covered this Chrianna ordeal,but in her own biased way. Oprah did a whole show on Rihanna and Chris Brown. She dedicated it to all the ‘Rihanna’s of the world”. This was in the first month before all of the facts of the case were even out yet. She used Rihanna’s personal and embarassing situation as a way to pull in ratings for her show. She was going on pure hearsay without even speaking to the only two who knew what happened in that car: Rihanna and Chris Brown. I’m sure Rihanna didn’t appreciate her face being splashed all over the screen on her show and being used as the poster child for domestic violence. She covered the two of them for months on her live shows that aired on Friday’s. She and Gail sat up there and read that police report over and over and over again. Then Tyra’s ass jumped in and they both told stories of being abused themselves,(making everybody in the audience boo hoo). It was a ratings bonanza for Oprah! Still, again, they were both going on hearsay, and had yet to speak to either Rihanna or Chris.
Furthermore, Oprah has had “woman-beaters’ on her show. The very next day she had a show about men who had abused women. Some of them were ‘former’ abusers who were actually there with their wives who they had abused. She has had abusers, murderers, rapist, and pedophiles on her show. She has had plenty of men and woman accused of horrible crimes on her show and a chance to tell their stories. She even gave an interview in a jail once to some famous serial killer. Though none of them as famous as Rihanna and CB. So what, since CB is famous, and has an actual career he shouldn’t be given the chance to speak on her show. The same chance that she has given all these other men. People are going to have a opinion on him no matter what, so what’s the big deal? She has just recently taped a show with a former drug dearler and a man who stabbed another man in a drug deal gone wrong! That man is Jay-z! No, he was never convicted of a felony, but he was arrested many times and was just lucky that the guy he stabbed was too scared to file charges and he got away with it. Jay is also on tape slapping a chick, and I’m sure that he, a former drug dealer, has hit a woman before at some point in his life, he has just never been caught! Oprah has said that she does not like rap music and will not have rappers on her show who degrade women. When to this day, Jay still uses the words ‘bitches and ‘hoes’ in his raps. She laid into Ludacris when he was on her show for using the N-word, but everybody knows that Jay stay using the N word. Oprah IS a hypocite! Yes it is her show and she can have anyone she chooses to have on her show, but it is clear she goes by the wishes of her target audience, white women. You know why Jay gets a pass, because he is married to a famous woman who white people love ‘ Beyonce’! Beyonce brings in ratings, Jay is married to Bey, so there you go! HE gets a pass! Same with Rihanna, white folks lover her lil pretty ass, and they see Chris as this big bad thug ‘woman beater’! That’s exactly how she portrayed him on her show with the DV episode. Oprah caters to a predominatly white female audience. She has to keep them pleased. They are the main ones watching her show and buying anything with her name on it. Her ratings have slowly been declining since she endorsed Obama during the election and her sales for her magazine have plummetted! She knows what they want and she will gove it to them. I actually do watch Oprah quite often. I didn’t see when Chris Brown went with her to Africa (didn’t even know about that) but I do know she talked about the Chris Brown & Rihanna situation after the “fight” – I watched the “episodes”. I also watched the “women beater” episode with the men who talked about their violent pasts with women. In one of my posts I “typed” that I heard/read that Oprah didn’t want Chris Brown on her show – I didn’t type “Oprah doesn’t want Chris on her show” because I wasn’t 100% sure so I added in the “I heard/read.”

I’m watching the interview now and IMO Chris has the worst PR team in history. I just graduated from college with a BA in Radio/TV Broadcast and I could have prep him for this interview better than this, actually if I was on his team he would have never done this interview.
