Jay-Z was spotted leaving a Glasgow hotel on Wednesday afternoon in Scotland. He stopped and signed some autographs for fans that were waiting outside the hotel. The rapper was in the country for a concert.

If I was the person that had been in charge of the VMA awards show,I would have told the security guards not to let Jay in,the way he was dressed,award shows are a formal event,which means there are rules,dress codes,and dos and don`ts,that`s why Kanye got in trouble because he broke the rule of civility by acting rude,and Jay broke the dress code rule by wearing,black army boots,dirty jeans and two jackets ,on a hot night. he was dressed too casual as if he did`nt care that he was going to a formal event or put much thought into how he was dressed,you wear dirty jeans if your doing something casual,like walking your pitbull,or wrestling with your kids on the front lawn or ,washing your car,you don`t rock them at a formal event.
