SPOTTED: RIHANNA OUT AND ABOUT IN NYC

Rihanna sports some tiger stripes on her nails and what looks like to be purse with a shoulder pad attached to it, as she is spotted at the Gramercy Theater and shopping in Soho on Wednesday afternoon.
