President Barack Obama speaks at the White House to promote Chicago’s bid for the 2016 Summer Olympics with First Lady Michelle Obama on Wednesday. Other attendees include Olympic athlete Jackie Joyner Kersee and the world’s fastest amputee, April Holmes, who joined them as they watched a judo demonstration and then jokingly fenced.
President Obama announced last week he would not be able to travel to Denmark to help his hometown host the Olympics. But he said he’d send the first lady instead. She and Valerie Jarrett, one of the President’s senior advisors and close friend of the first lady, will meet with the International Olympic Committee next month.
Check out the fun photos of the event below.

Michelle is NOT that….Let’s just say that rude things are better left unsaid.
Proud of them though; no doubt.
Yeah rude things are better left unsaid…specially since this post is about bringing the Olympics to Chicago!
Um that outfit is hideous tho *sips coffee* =====>

too bad people on this site dont follow that rule. watch how some will still find something bad to say….just watch and see
looks like everyone had a good time…. thats whats up!
I like all the colors Michelle is wearing…I really like the top half of her outfit.
Michelle’s hair looks like it’s growing, looks soo good! And her outfit is classic, trendy and totally Michelle. I’m tired of yall black fools speaking badly about my First Lady. The Obama family is dealing with enough already right now. THANKS!
What Michelle IS – her husband, the President of the United States love it. And so do I.
he’s not black
how cool!!!
whoa, check out jackie! that was my girl back in the day. her & flo jo!
Love it!
Why weren’t they in Chicago?
Who dressed Michelle that morning????????
That’s right.
Have the Olympics closer to Jamaica so it’ll be cheap for them to send more athletes. SMH.
