Rihanna’s lawyer said in court when the judge issued the protective order that she didn’t request it and didn’t think it was necessary. The reason her lawyer never made a request to drop it during her sentencing is because the judge was making it part of his sentence and not something extra. There was nothing she could do either way.

I dont want to think that Rihanna is doing interviews now for publicity but the fact that her first interview is happening 4 days after her album is released is just a little shady.
She could have helped a lot more people by speaking out sooner and not making DV a joke like she has.
