Awful. Just an awful performance. Listen to the ending of I Want To Know What Love Is, and Make It Happen. Her voice was cracking….vocals were all over the place.
No wonder her album is flopping on the album charts, Billboard predicted her first week sales to be 160-170k. Even Whitney debuted at 305k!!!!!!! And Barbra Streisand’s new album (with zero promotion, no hit single), was predicted to sell 150k!!!! OMG….looks like Mariah is on the verge of another nervous breakdown LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mariah threw it down vocally on The View. 10x better than it was on the Today show, and she was just as vocally great as she was on Oprah!
As for Today, I wasn’t diggin her song selections at all. IWKWLI and H.a.t.e.U were fine, but what was up with MIH, and Obsessed? Either way it goes, The View was much better.

She did great. I am sure her CD will sell regardless. We have to remember that even if MC sells 2 million in the US alone people will call it a flop. Her last CD was double platinum in the US and people say it flopped, goes to show the standards for MC are extremely high, when people dream of going platinum. MC is in a league of her own, she makes music cause she likes to not because she needs to. Her melodies are unmatched. The details in her songs are always overlooked. She is amazing, unstoppable and unreachable.
