I was a victim too but by an ex-boyfriend who I hadn’t seen in 6 months, who had never been to my job. He told me because I broke up with him and changed my number, he knew I hadn’t probably changed jobs. He knew only the name of the company, look it up in the phone book, snuck past security, PUNCHED me for leaving him and ran out. Security said they couldn’t catch him. You don’t know what it feels like to be a victim until you are one. It is also embarrassing when an audience is present. The pain…..the ridicule….the curious questions from security….It was HARDLY a publicity stunt on her part. And, I wasn’t even there.
