Kandi did a good job on this song, but it’s a bit repetitive. I think Fantasia would have killed it. Kandi is a very talented songwriter and this is one of those songs I think she should have given to another artist. This is not a criticism of her singing, but more that I think a Fantasia-esque, soulful performance would do it more justice.
