Leona Lewis is currently promoting her lead single, “Happy” from her forthcoming sophomore album, Echo, which is set for release on November 17th.

She’s an amazing vocalist. All these songs sound like a Christmas album though. She needed something like “Bleeding Love” where she could show off her vocals but there was still a beat behind it to make it commercial.

She needs to get with someone who knows how to produce like Quincy Jones he will bring out the best in her and he only works with proven hitmakers and songwriters,right now Leona is a A-level talent who is working with c-level producers and songwriters.The first thing that Quincy would tell Leona is that she needs to sing a variety of songs ,and not just ballads.

This is typical Leona. She has a beautiful voice, but she isn’t as good as Whitney and Mariah in their prime. She doesn’t have any soul or power in her voice. And the texture of her voice isn’t very rich. I think that’s why she puts so many people to sleep.
Yes her voice is pretty….*sigh* I’m going to blame the resulting tiredness on the fact that I have been awake pretty early this morning. No, it’s a little sleepy but I believe she’ll have other better stuff up her sleeve.
