Here is an unreleased Michael Jackson song that was just released early Monday via his official website.
Later this month, the two-disc album Michael Jackson’s This Is It will be released to coincide with the worldwide release of the ‘This Is It’ motion picture, which arrives in theaters on October 28th and runs for a limited two-week engagement.

Yes, I still believe that particular line of the song is blasphemous. Moreso, I feel that arrogance is the source of it all. This is similar to John Lennon claiming that the Beatles were “Bigger than Jesus Christ” and Jay-Z announcing himself as “Hova.” The artists with the largest followings tend to try to compare themselves to Jesus as if he was a fictional character in a novel and not the Saviour of the world. That bothers me, but I have to remember that we all will be held accountable for our own wrongdoings, and I surely have mine (although they do not include disrespecting the Lord).

Also, nothing in God’s Word is wrong. IN LOVE WITH LETOYA LUCKETT quoted the verse perfectly.
Classic Michael . I love it esp. since he stayed true to his own style and did not try to impersonate any of the mess considered hot. Very nice, Mike.
The Bible says this is blasphemy. The Holy Bible says “Jesus is the Light of the World”. Not MJ. Must see video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDgUTQYEIas
it also reminds me of ‘heal the world’.
I was thinking the same thing that “Lijah” was thinking when I heard this song. When Christ said what he said in Matthew 5:14, he was talking to and referring to the chosen of the Israelites, because they are the Lord’s Chosen (Deut 7:6, 14:2, Psalms 147:19,20, Amos 3:1,2, etc.). Christ was the light unto the Israelites, and they are to be a light unto the other nations. When Michael Jackson spoke of the “light”, he was referring to Lucifer, the “Light Bearer”. This goes hand in hand with his beliefs in the occult and the teachings of Aleister Crowley.
Wonderful song! Can’t wait to see the movie! RIP MJ
I LOVE IT! I’ve been a fan of Michael’s since the early 70′s. His face was plastered all over me and my sister’s bedroom wall. He was and still is the greatest entertainer who ever graced the face of the earth, and we are blessed to have his music forever with us. He was a genius and he never missed a beat.
Can’t wait to see, “This Is It.”
We love and miss you, Michael!
The song is excellent, but it seems dated. I heard it was co-written by MJ in 1979, I wonder if it was recorded then as well?
looks like the caribbean coon granada doc is going to get away with killing the most famous man in america, and when they do, every black entertainer better sleep with a shotgun in their bed. lil caribbean coon mama just made a move on jayz. and diddy is under threat. lisaraye and terri mcmillan living in fear. isaac hayes dead. they’re going to get bolder and bolder.
Best believe, I am most definitely getting the album.
@ 71, what are you implying about Caribbean people? o.O
