I know Kandi is going through it right now. If yall didn’t know her uncle died earlier this week, and now this. So sad, I can’t imagine the pain his family is going through.

This so sad and it pains me to read. 6 children are going to grow up without their father because violence. Its one thing to have a disagreement but its something else when things to get physical and a life is taken. We really have to do better my heart is with all the family and friends of AJ. Im sorry that this happened to Kandi. But this sort of think happens everyday in the Black community. It is in Black culture to kill people. That’s just what Black people do. If someone disrespects you or makes you feel small, you fight to kill them.
While some blacks try to educate themselves, the others stay back and kill each other. It’s just a way of life. So either we try to stop the violence, or we just get used to it. Because I am so tired of crying over someone that was killed. It seems like an everyday thing.

This is sooooo incredibly sad. That’s the problem when people fight, often times 2 people who fight don’t have the intention on killing the other person, but when u fight u can get so mad and do something to the other person that you never intended to happen, like murder. Now 2 black men have been taken from the black community, all over something that I’m sure wasn’t worth it. One will likely spend the rest of his life in jail and the other has been taken away and left 6 children behind who didn’t deserve to lose their father over nonsense. I just can’t understand, I don’t want to understand. Life is hard enough without other people adding to the madness. I occasionally like to correct a myth I have heard all my life. How many times has someone said to you, “God will never put more trials on you than you can bear”? I challenge you to show me that in the Bible. The problem I have with this myth is that it keeps so many believers wondering why they can’t handle their problems, falsely believing they should be able to, because someone once told them the lie that God would not put more on them than they could.

Yes, we do have the promise that we will not be “tempted beyond what you can bear” (1 Corinthians 10:13), but you need to understand what that verse is saying. It says that God will not allow Satan to bring temptation, or enticement to sin, into your life that is too much for you to say no to it. When you are tempted to sin, God will make a way for you to resist it. That is because He wants you to live holy, just as Christ who calls you is holy.

Consistently, throughout the Bible, I read where at times God allowed more trials, more pressure, than His children could bear. Elijah, the powerful prophet of God who held back the rain had a time when the trial must have been bigger than his ability to handle it. Consider this verse: “The angel of the LORD came back a second time and touched him and said, “Get up and eat, for the journey is too much for you.” (1 Kings 19:7) Once when Paul wrote to the people at Corinth (2 Corinthians 1:8), he told them they faced trials “far beyond our ability to endure”. David, the great war hero and man after God’s own heart, told the Lord that “troubles without number surround me” and “and I cannot see”. He couldn’t see clearly, because he was overwhelmed with the storms of life! Another time David said “Save me, O God, for the waters have come up to my neck.”( Oh how I identify with David there!) Jehoshaphat prayed, “We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” (2 Chronicles 20:12) It sounds like he was facing more than he could handle on his own.

Are there times when God allows more troubles in your life than you can bear? Absolutely! Positively! If you can accept my testimony as an example, let me tell you that sometimes life throws more at me than I can handle, at least more than I can handle alone. The reason God allows you and I to experience times when we are consumed by trials, when they are bigger than our own strength can handle, is so that we have no where else to turn, except towards Him. We are faced with one solution, and that we realize Christ is our only hope!

After Paul wrote that his trial was bigger than his ability to endure, he offers an explanation. “But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead.” (2 Corinthians 1:9) He recognized that this overwhelming time of trouble, that he couldn’t handle alone, had caused him to focus more on the power of God, and allow God to work His perfect will.

Are you being challenged beyond your ability to endure? Don’t believe that you can do it alone! You can’t! Jesus said, “apart from me you can do nothing!” Did you get that point? Nothing! Don’t try anything today without relying on the power of God! He knows your weak, but He is available to help, if you will call upon Him! When we are at our weakest, He is strong!

Simply put for me I have had some trial and tribulations but with the power that GOD has invested in me and faith “I can do ALL things through Christ that strengthens me” God is not as complex as you all make him out to be. Damn I was hoping this was a horrible rumor. I saw RHOA Thursday and AJ and Kandi were at lunch and he was supporting her about debutting her songs at that spot so I can’t even fathum the hurt and pain this beautiful Queen is going through. We in of ourselves are not worthy, but those in Christ have Supernatural Ability, to overcome any situation that may come our way when we submit the Christ. He alone is the author and finisher of our faith. This is what church is for, not for just being fed, it says forsake not yourselves the assembling of like believers ( or close to that don’t quote me). Because at those times others around us can lift us up. But all too often we’re embarrased to tell others of our problems or things we are going thru.
So to answer your question, can one person go thru more than they can handle? Possibly and sometimes yes. But God has the answer and solution to everything, if we rely on him, and if we look to those to lift us up in times of need, we can prevail.
But do not always blame God for the times when tribulation come, because it is not always him allowing problems or The Devil attacking. Sometimes these situations come because of the lack of our ability to listen or situations we’ve created ourselves, and the Devil will use those opportunities. But God will if we allow him to, He will show up and work those things out for our benefit. This is why it is so important on the company you keep.
God is not in heaven, making us suffer for his amusement. Putting us thru trial and tribulation to make us suffer. There are people who live happy lives, because they choose to not let circumstances take there JOY, you would never know they are going thru unpleasant circumstances. And there are some people who don’t suffer at all. A lot of the times we suffer because we don’t change our circumstances, change our circumstances. I do remember on the show Kandi’s mom not liking the guy. For the most part Parents don’t want their children unhappy, so I’m sure her mom had a reason. We can definetly see that now. It’s unfortunate but in this case true. He may not have been the provoker, but he was also more than likely in a situation he shouldn’t have been in.

and twitter is not just some silly little site anymore. it has broken news before any other media and made huge impacts. it’s a very powerful social networking tool.

I find it disturbing to say the least , that someone gets the news that there fiancee has died and the first thing they do is log on to their twitter account to tweet about their emotions.

What happened to real life communication?

Being able to communicate with one another and being able to communicate ‘effectively’ without having a computer screen as a barrier?

Technology is not a good thing, it is an evil tool that is slowly disintergrating the main foundations of human interaction.

I believe alot of people have lost the main idea of natural communciation and most probably effective face to face communication.

This is why our world is going down, because every day it is getting more and more unnatural and alieniesed by things such as facebook and twitter.

You should be able to communicate to those around you in person. This story is very interesting. I want to see what the particulars are before I come to a conclusion, but if I be a betting man, it was a sacrifice. No, I’m talking like a person who knows what it’s like to lose loved ones. I lost my grandma and grandpa in the same month last year. It’s hard…at least show some empathy or respect. I don’t care what anyone says. Tweeting or Twittering (or whatever you want to call it) when a tragedy has just hit you is wrong! Period.
People will do anything for rising fame and sadly that means profiting from a loved one’s death (which Kandi is doing).
I personally think that Kandi was not in a relationship with AJ @ the time of his death, thus her having an ‘emotionless’ response to the recent news. We don’t know the full story as of yet, so it’s pointless saying how ‘sad’ we are for Kandi. Because a number of sources have already speculated and close to confirmed that they were separated!
Kandi is seeing this as nothing but a bid in resurrecting her dead career. I know that what I just said may seem heartless to some, but it’s the truth and sadly the truth hurts.
I feel greatly affected by what has happened to AJ and I have deep concerns for his real family, such as his children and immediate family (Mother, father, siblings etc), because these are the ones that are going to be deeply affected by his departure. But Kandi don’t get anything from me. Because by her twittering so soon, proves how superficial this broad is and it also proves how low the black race is stooping for defending this madness.

Twitter and all the other social network sites are FAKE. They do not represent the truth. People need to stop using them as tools hinder real life communication. Its crazy!!!

@ 21..He was there for business…he bought into the club. They were not engaged. They were sepearated but still really good friends. His kids are close to her and is a guardian to two of them. So yeah..!

He was at the strip club (Body Tap), because he worked there as a manager. The person who allegedly killed him, was a co-worker (another manager). Not that it’s relevant. People are also killed in churches and schools. DO you ask what the hell they were doing in church or school? I don’t think so. Check yourselves people, before making insensitive comments. OK. So the Bible is talking about temptation. What does that have to do with AJ’s death and all the other horrible things that happen to people? When people say that God will never put more on you than what you can bear, they are addressing horrible situations that happen in life. They are not speaking about being tempted by tihngs, which is clearly what the Bible is talking about. Your passage states that God will not allow you to be tempted more than what you can handle. He doesn’t say that you will not encounter more trials and tribulations than what you can handle.

We as humans were created to have that natural communication, we need to touch, feel, smell and to see. Everyone is driving around with GPSs, which they weren’t using before and now cannot go anywhere without it. Everyone is texting and doesnt talk anymore. We’re becoming cold and phony and complety dependant on technology. Tecnology is slowly degrading society and will only get worse untill humans actually merge with it which is the agenda.

It’s interesting how they broke up right before he died. I think in terms of AJ that was a sacrifice for either the show or her career which she is trying desperately to resurrect. The song writers are high level witches, as sweet as she may appear. I see her doing the El Diablo on the low. All for publicity and fame. SMH

Nowadays it’s best just letting ‘beef’ go. Too many people are dying, so it’s not worth it, especially with kids sitting at home waiting for you. My heart was sad when I heard this news. I lost a man that I love very much to death, but time heals the heart. She seems strong-willed and focused.
