I just heard his new song, “Crawl’ and found out he co-wrote it. It is a beautiful song and he did a great job on it vocally as well. If he can co-write a song that good then obviously he is not illiterate! He is just not a good speaker and should probably get coached for intervies!

I’m prefacing my comments with I worked in a domestic violence shelter for 5 yrs… I handled all types of calls from survivors and their abusive partners.

And as sad as the Chris Brown-Rihanna situation was…understand that we can’t just label people as abusers and think they r not worthy of rehabilitation.
I wish them both the best cuz what probably brought them close 2 each other were their childhood traumas. It sounds like neither 1 of their parents had them in therapy to deal with their issues b4 becoming stars.

People if ur child has witnessed violence or family drug addiction, GET PROFESSIONAL HELP. Simply separating from the person doesn’t make the memories and poor demonstrations of communication go away for the child.

iNTERESTiNG. I think CB will be fine in the long run, he admits what he did was wrong, & is now accepting the consequences. He understands why everyone feels the way they do & respects that. All he wants is acknowledgment to the fact that he is HUMAN & is capable of making mistakes (be it small or large). Everyone else needs to get with that. No one is obligated to support him but it’s not fair to make him this Quasi-God that is perfect. Only Rihanna & CB knows what really happened, so passing judgment on something none of us eye-witnessed is not cool anyway. & It is noble of him to keep their business private, out of respect for himself and her, even though he is taking the fall & she hasn’t opened her mouth once to acknowledge what happened as respectfully as he did.
