Kim wore it better(IMO), but Ciara looked cute in it also.

I honestly thought this would be a sweep in Kim’s favor. Ciara’s legs look haggard and too thin in this picture. Kim’s figure works with the dress and the booties compliment the dress much better than CiCi’s Louboutin heels do. In fact, there are only a few celebs who do this particular Louboutin shoe justice. (Rihanna is one of them)

The shoulder pads are barely noticeable on Kim’s figure because SHE wears the dress as opposed to CiCi who is too masculine to carry that look. The DRESS wears Ciara in this case.

The dress looks horrible on Ciara! Kim’s body fills it out nicely while Ciara is too skinny there .. and those shoulder pads make her look like a football player. People with broad/wide whatever you wanna call ‘em shoulders should not wear shoulder pads!
