Rapper Lil Kim arrives for the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards held at the O2 Arena on Thursday, November 5th in Berlin, Germany. The rapper is actually pretty popular over in Europe is currently on a mini tour and just performed in Holland this past weekend.

Bad chin implant, I guess Kim used that Dancing w/ the Stars money to get some more surgery. She seems addicted. Dr should have sent her to a therapist instead of doing the surgery. She is turning into a caricature of herself.
