If you’re not familiar with her, you should know that Jermaine Dupri immediately signed her to his imprint after she became a YouTube sensation, singing her heart out via her channel, garnering “fans” who made requests on which songs to cover.
The new track is her official first single, and was co-produced by Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox. She is currently in the process of wrapping up her debut album.
OMG I loved her youtube videos,I was so waiting for a single/album and I’ve seen the beginning of her getting signed and the progress of the album and the talk about pushbacks etc.I love this song,She can actually sing.She has some vocals on her!

She doesn’t try to sound like anyone else…she’s has had this sound since day one…I’m “older” and I can say, thank GOD, because the R/B category was non existent for a minute as far as females go. Good ol’ r&b I like this alot. I remember when she use to sing on Youtube for fun and now look at her, amazing!! She’s doing well.
I see some people around my age have gotten caught up on the gimmicks that are in the music industry. Im glad I have older people around me that school me on REAL MUSIC and this is REAL R&B. She did her thing with this song. I will be buying the album and I downloaded the single. I wish her the best in her music career and thank you DONDRIA for bringing REAL R&B back into the music industry. I hope JD do right by her!!!. I’ll pray for you Dondria…..LOL!!!!!!!!!!….but for real, im going to pray for you. If JD isnt the right one, im glad he’s giving you the exposure you deserve, but on to the next one if he fucks you in the game. By next year you should be well on your way if he does things right. i was listening to her on youtube because non of the singers out (like rihanna) had a voice!! but she does and i hope she smashes the game!! She has the range to do so, …she needs to have songs that showcase her skills!
At first I was going to give this an “aight” but when the song finished I was left bored and didn’t even really remember the song. Not a good look for an artist trying to make a name for themselves. Not trying to downplay her talent, just wondering why this should be released as a single because it’s clearly album filler.

i really like her voice but this song is a little too overproduced… i want to hear her voice …. its ok though. I ve seen a couple of her youtube videos and she can sing 4real… I hope she makes it… she has a nice spirit about her.
