The wait is over. Epic Records announced on Tuesday that the new album from Sade, titled Soldier of Love, will be released February 8, her first album in over nine years.

To comment 109 ….just your name alone shows that you are young and too inexperience to appreciate good music. Go and listen to your LilWayne and Drake. Nothing has or will ever be overated by Sade. I have been waiting for years for this to come …. she is one of the few that I will love to see in concert. I saw one of her concerts live on TV and it was nice. I need to get on her exercise and youth regiment because she does not look like she has aged one bit. Beautiful 100% Natural Woman.

Sade is not an individual artist, Sade is the name of the band., or better said, a four member group. For the credit to the artist, as all of them deserve credit for the beautiful music they’ve created, I’d ask that you edit the announcement to reflect Sade as a band. (“Their” first album in nine years, instead of “her”).

Not sure why we idolize them considering there is nothing out of the ordinary about them, I can get on stage and do the same thing.

This is officially THE best: THE most exciting news I’ve heard…it even trumps my younger sister telling me the she and her husband are expecting. Sade is, hands down, the best thing in music right now. A nine year hiatus, and she can still command this kind of buzz….thank God for artist like her :0)

I am so excited to see that our Sade is back…There is no one that compares to her. Her voice, music, your private life, her personality, but most of all the knowledge she has about Love and pain… She is the classiest woman in the public figure and I adore.. I will always follow her and her music.. She is a special gift from God.
