Mariah Carey drops a video for “I Want to Know What Love Is”, the second single from Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, which is in stores now.
Directed by Hype Williams, the video was shot in New York and features the True Worship Church Choir.

This video is absolutely horrible and looks like a scene froma video game! Why is it so graphic designed??? Mariah’s voice is absolutely beautiful, and at least she can SANG unlike many young artists of today who are only able to use tactics, and image to sell. I wish she would have picked a different song to put out though. However, her remake is so much better than the original. I don’t know who sings the original, but whoever does, sounds like a damn drunk old country man… and it’s a woman!

That was just WEIRD! I’m still confused. That was her WORST video to date. What was Hype smoking when he did that one? The song is already mediocre and the video officially killed it.
