There are different kinds of artists in this world, each with their own unique style and sound. If everyone sang like Fantasia, or Jennifer hudson, there would be no variety in music. I listen to all types of music, and appreciate the sound that each artist is bringing. I like rihanna for the kind of music she is doing, I like this new album as well. Think it is definitely an album that shows growth with the musical content, I think this is going to be a very big album for her.

Its decent. Is it just me or does she sound just like Nelly Furtado on this track. This song sounds exactly like something that Nelly would sing! Damn, Rih done jacked someone elses swag again! Lol! JK fall back stans! I can’t see it beinga No 1 hit, which I think that is what she is going for. ‘RR’ has already fallen out of the top ten on Billboard even after the video was released! I figured she would have to re-release this album cause their aren’t too many up tempo tracks on it! ‘Hard’ is only gonna appeal to the urban market which isn’t her target audience, and ‘Rude Boy’ might be too much for mainstream radio. I honeslty don’t think there are any potential No. 1 songs Rater R! The best tracks on Rated R are the slow ones, like ‘Cold Case Love’ and ‘Stupid In Love’, but they aren’t good enough to top the charts She is gonna have to repackage it with some up tempo bangers, this is OK but not good enough! My opinion, stans fall back!

Artist use their music to reach people, send out a message, or express their feelings. Rihanna is the excutive producer on this album and co worote almost all the songs. Writing songs and performing on stage isn’t as easy as some of ya’ll try to make it sound. I know because i am and artist as well. I’d like to see some of ya’ll try it and i bet u would have a new respect for all artist and art because some of them are actually using their own words to reach people and express themselves unlike some artist who just sing what they’re given by a hot songwriter to make themselves hot. Not necessarily. There are many artists who do not care to release music in the US. We all know that here an artists can be built up and torn down just as fast. I would say the UK looks like a goldmine nowadays. Which is why they do more touring overseas now opposed to in the U.S.
