♫ Solange – Stillness Is the Move
Solange has been in and out of the studio, while still doing performances all over the world, working on her currently untitled third studio album.
When asked about the direction of the third album, Solange said that the new record will pick up where “This Bird” left off, experimenting with more electronic and down-beat elements. There presently is no release date for the album, but it’s good to hear some of the fruits of Solo’s labor.
It’s doubtful that the new track, “Stillness Is the Move,” a cover of the Dirty Projectors, which sample’s Dr. Dre’s “Xxplosive” (originally sampling Soul Mann & The Brothers’ “Bumpy’s Lament”), will make the album.

I think Solange has better vocals than her sister Beyonce. Beyonce cannot hit those high keys. It just that their parents invested more time and effort in making Beyonce the best- and B is prettier. But I think Solange shd get another manager who can give her 100% attention and get her the right songs and she can eclipse or even outsell her sister. The problem for solange is that not much of her music is out there. If Beyonce sang this song- there would be so much buzz about it because people know Beyonce. Pple don’t know much of Solange even though she is a better singer than Beyonce. Its just like in the Jackson family, Rebbie Jackson their oldest sister has the best vocals for the girls but pple know Janet and Latoya.
