Solange has been in and out of the studio, while still doing performances all over the world, working on her currently untitled third studio album.
When asked about the direction of the third album, Solange said that the new record will pick up where “This Bird” left off, experimenting with more electronic and down-beat elements. There presently is no release date for the album, but it’s good to hear some of the fruits of Solo’s labor.
It’s doubtful that the new track, “Stillness Is the Move,” a cover of the Dirty Projectors, which sample’s Dr. Dre’s “Xxplosive” (originally sampling Soul Mann & The Brothers’ “Bumpy’s Lament”), will make the album.
On the Friday, November 13th edition of The Wendy Williams Show recording artist Chris Brown where he will discuss his feelings of remorse regarding his relationship with Rihanna and to exclusively premiere his new video “Crawl” from his forthcoming album “Graffiti.” How many more interviews is Chris going to do? Dirty Money, the group consisting of Diddy, Kalenna and Dawn Richard, formerly of Danity Kane fame, finally drops a video for their latest single, “Love Come Down.”
The track comes from the group’s upcoming album, Last Train to Paris, which presently doesn’t have a current release date, but it set to drop at the top of next year, via Bad Boy/Interscope Records.
After much anticipation about the release of the song after the announcement of the top secret video, Beyonce and Lady Gaga finally give us the audio before the visual of their “Video Phone” remix.
“Video Phone” was taken from Beyonce’s third studio album, I Am… Sasha Fierce and was produced by Bangladesh and co-penned with Sean Garrett. It’s rumored that the video, which was supposed drop originally on the 5th, will follow on November 23rd.
Bey also joins Gaga on a track from the rerelease of her debut album, The Fame Monster on the Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins-produced “Telephone,” which will hit stores November 23rd, along with Beyonce’s I Am… Yours tour DVD and the deluxe edition of I Am… Sasha Fierce.
