Actor and Rapper Aubrey “Drake” Graham, is interviewed by Billboard Magazine Editor Ken Tucker during the event ‘Conversation with Drake’ sponsored by the Nashville Chapter at Ocean Way Studio on Thursday (November 19) in Nashville, Tennessee.
Drake’s highly anticipated debut album, Thank Me Later is slated to hit stores in February 2010. In the meantime, check out his collabos with his fellow Young Money recording artists.

Because someone has a youtube video of him FAKING a freestyle!!!!!!!!!! He was on some radio station acting like he was rapping from the top of the dome buit someone recorded him reading the words off his blackberry. That turned me away from him cause i hate over-hyped artists, but i DESPISE fraudulent ones.

nothings fake about the “freestyle” because drake has said numerous time sthat he doesnt freestyle. He even spoke about the alleged video of him “freestyling”. Thats what the owner of the video labeled it. Not what it actually is. He’s mentioned in his lyrics about him putting his lyrics in his blackberry. So how is he being fake?

Dead @ #7 but I don’t think freestyling has anything to do per se with being a fraud. I am however just ready for an album release, which I am sure is going to be much of the same of what he provides on everyone else’s ish. I just think it’s all hype, I don’t know what the big deal is.

This young man, Drake, is a perfect example of the “artificial artist.” He has no real talent to speak of. He simply submitted his body to the “big wigs” and his soul to Satan to achieve fame. He has been coached to recite lines that will “wow” today’s dumbed-down audience. Like him or not (me being the latter), the industry will continue to push him forward until he, perhaps, develops a mind of his own.
He looks nice and I like the shoes…how many of your favorite rappers can freestyle??, the ones you think can really cant and some dont even write their own lyrics and they probably didnt sell or grow up where you think they did. You can’t deny his talent and he isnt a fraud…Freestyling is not a rule in a rap GAME.
