SO to all you girls out there who are hating on her for speaking out. Whether you believe her story or not, someone was moved enough to get help for their domestic situation. Most of you women leaving comments need some serious emotional therapy…and you don’t even know it. What this whole incident has shown me more than anything is how emotionally and mentally damaged black women are on some issues. If this had been a white celeb, other white women (famous or not) would have rallied around her and offered her unconditional support. Even if it turned out later than she was lying, white women would have still supported and defended her. And spoken out against domestic violence. You better believe that if anything this unfortunate EVER happens to Taylor Swift…all hell will break loose on that young man from the white community!!!

I didn’t see one black female celeb (sans Oprah) stand up in support of Rihanna. Not the almighty Beyonce, not Tyra, not Halle. And people criticized Oprah for saying something.

Personally I think Rihanna really and truthfully spoke out and she had no reason to lie because although she is a celebrity, reality still exist and both she and Chris are human like everyone else. i think chris fhucked up straight like dat he hit her…..i dont care wut she did he shouldnt have hit her point blank peroid….but i do think she was leaving some stuff out bout him hittin her before i think she wants to protect chris as much as she can with out sounding like she is……i love rihanna i do i think she did a great job on this interview i think she is smart and intelagent and i think she was honest….for the most part…haha.. i think she did way better dan chris brezzy on 106th yesterday….i like rihanna and i respect her for this interview chris brah u messed up iight we all make mistakes be a man dont fake shit if u sorry u sorry if u not u not dont be fake about shit….i think rihanna was brave for doing this…… i think she did a good job of making them both take blame for what happened…..so ne way i dont like chris even more after this interview then i was 106th interview and i damn near hate dat nigga….but im behind rihanna like no one else…i got her cause if she was my sister id be ready to beat chris brezzy’s ass so yea…to the chris brown fans talkin bout she maken him look bad nigga he made his slef look bad bye beating the shyt outta her…so yea peace

I have to say being a domestic violence victim that I am happy that Rihanna came out to speak about this situation. I see that everyone is complaining about how long it took for her to speak about it. You must understand that this young lady is at the pinnacle of her career and something as traumatic as being physically abused should be taken into consideration. She needed time to collect her thoughts. Being in love at that age is confusing enough. Imagine having 20000 paparazzis outside your door taking pictures and asking you millions of questions that you just cant seem to find the answer to in a limited amount of time because you still have those feelings of confusion and love in your heart. Love does not have an on and off switch. They went from being happy to domestic violence in 1 night. It is hard for the regular Joe schmo imagine being as famous as her. Many things must have ran through both their minds. It is sad that most people these days are or were victims of domestic violence at some point in their lives. I still dont understand why people cant control their emotions. Whether he was provoked or not, the first initial hit should have been it but he kept on hitting her to a bloody pulp. She was right not to fight back with her fists. Her words are more powerful as the victim.

i wasn’t much of a rihanna fan b4 watching this interview……OMG she’s so real… I’ve been there and she’s AWESOME for being SO HONEST!!!!
