We’re finally getting some updates! Malaak Compton-Rock is an incredibly smart woman and she’s also stunningly beautiful. I’ve been following some of her work with the Angel Rock Project and she is a true inspiration.

I say: Nope you are not the only one. When I opened this Thread and saw that dress I wanted to scream! It is so darn ugly and makes her look like she is older than what she really is. And what is up with that hand bag? Methinks it is too glitzy for that dress. Oh well she was never one who could dress fashionably any way so I’m giving her a pass.

I absolutely love this couple. Malaak does what every black celebrity wife should do – get out and help our communities. Chris’s image has always been about him empowering people with his comedy – he has a good political spin to his comedy even in the movie “Good Hair”. His wife expresses that through her community work. This is a black power couple that I’m proud of.
I like her cultural look – everybody’s not trying to emulate Rhianna. Malaak is in tune with culture and we should be proud to see a sister express it through fashion….it’s funny that these posts will rave about the weaves & european looks but as soon as they see african inspired dress it’s not good enough. This woman is a mother and wife, and shes representing in a way that teaches her daughters to be proud of their heritage. Keep up the good work Chris & Malaak !
