Last night, the 2010 Grammy Award Nominees were announced!
This year, Beyonce leads Grammy nominations with 10 nods, including the most coveted Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Record of the Year Awards, all for her contributions from her latest studio album, I Am… Sasha Fierce.
Following behind her with the second highest nominations is Taylor Swift, with 8 nominations, followed by Maxwell, Black Eyed Peas, and Kanye West, with 6 nods, while Lady Gaga, Jay-Z and David Guetta pull in 5 nominations.
The 52nd annual Grammy Awards will air on January 31, 2010, live at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Whatever, her father Mathew Knowles is part of Grammy committy voting board. So it’s not surprising that she has 10 nods. If her dad wasn’t part of Grammy Voting Board…she wouldn’t have 10 nods. But I’m sure she would have been nominated for something.
And you have to also understand these artists who are nominated have to pay the Grammys to show their faces and videos during the time when the presenter is name the categories because it is advertisment and if they don’t pay then they don’t get any advertisement. And Yes, if you got doe…you can get as many nods as you want and even WIN.

Congrats to B. But her album wasn’t tight enough for her to be in the category of Album of Year. She only had a few good singles. Alot people keep saying how hard of a worker she is. Im not going to knock that. You can work hard for something and your work can still come out not as good as you think. It just shows just how hard she wants you to love her and her music.
