The coveted collaboration between industry heavyweights Alicia Keys and Beyonce from Alicia’s forthcoming album finally surfaces in the form of “Put It In A Love Song.”
It seems that 2009 and 2010 has been and is going to continue to be the year of collaboration between big artists. The new track, which suits both of the artists very well comes from Alicia’s latest project, The Element of Freedom, which is due to hit stores December 15th via J. Records.

Alicia Keys and Beyonce’s new song isn’t what I expected. It had the potential to be much better. A little catchy but it lacks hotness.

As a huge A. Keys fan, I can honestly say I don’t like this song. You can’t let the other artist influence your style on your own CD. I like Alicia Keys because she is a true artist and Bey is fluff to me…and this is fluff. Thanks a lot Bey!

I like it. It isn’t blowing me away but I like it. They should’ve done a slow song. This song seems like its suitable for some new artist not for A.Keys and Bey. Hopefully they do another one. The telephone song w/ Bey and Gaga is better.
I hope it grows on me.. But as both a Beyonce and Alicia Keys fan this is going to take some plays to get used to.
Two of my favs coming together to make a song warms my heart, but this song is just ok. Maybe I need to listen to it a second. Heck, I said the same thing about Chris Browns’ Transformers. I didn’t like the song at first, but hearing it on the radio a lot made me like it. And when the video came out, I feel deeply in love with song, now its one of my favs as well..Anyways love Alicia, and Bey. Can’t wait until Element of Freedom comes out. She hasn’t disappointed me yet..

I likes, I likes. Especially the work it out hook. I love AK’s tone, and she shows agility riding the beat. A little languid but I see she did it on purpose. It fits. Bey’s voice is so full and strong and she’s the BEST at riding Beats. It’s a great song.

I’m actually digging this…when i saw A.Keys’s tracklisting for her album and saw Beyonce was gonna do a collabo with her i got SO excited and i dont even like beyonce lol but the girl does have talent as does A.Keys so the song was bound to be fire just like all the other tracks they’ve made and blessed with their vocals on the side…can’t wait to get this album!

In fact, my favorite Alicia Keys song ever is an uptempo song(HeartBurn). I think the BK-C/AK song is great and I can’t wait to get the album because even though I am more of a Bey fan, I will be first to admit that AK makes consistently good music.

exactly my point alicia is doing what she wants and constantly exploring she’s not worried about what’s gonna be her next big hit and if i recall when No One first dropped everybody said a big fat NO…hmmm and looked what happend to it…new sounds keep people interested hence why everyone up in here with they chicken grease necks tryna throw shade…Alicia is an artist always searching for a higher understanding of herself in her music
