The coveted collaboration between industry heavyweights Alicia Keys and Beyonce from Alicia’s forthcoming album finally surfaces in the form of “Put It In A Love Song.”
It seems that 2009 and 2010 has been and is going to continue to be the year of collaboration between big artists. The new track, which suits both of the artists very well comes from Alicia’s latest project, The Element of Freedom, which is due to hit stores December 15th via J. Records.

Most of yall only like it because of who it is plain and simple!! If Ciara and Keri Hilson and anyone else put this shit out you all would call it what it is…WACK. And like someone else said all this it has to grow on me I mean DUUUH if you listen to something enough times of course eventually it will become catchy and you’ll find yourself singing or humming along. You know how many songs on the radio I cant stand but find myself singing along because they play the shit so much you have no choice but learn it and sing along. When I first heard the song I was exceedingly disappointed. First, because two beautiful and talented women are singing such a juvenile song. But now it’s really growing on me. I guess you have to let loose sometimes. AK’s songs are always empowering, but I guess you have to have fun sometimes.
Besides, she did say she’s letting go a bit for this album, I hope it won’t end up being her downfall.
