I am so happy Trey is finally getting the recognition he deserves and people are starting to catch on to his music. It was exactly a year I had a conversation with my friend about Trey being so underrated…but not no more. The track is hot, Keri I dont care too much, Ush has just been releasing the most ??? sings ever, im eagerly waiting for the album and first single tho.

Its based on the votes of their music peers ( everyone in the music industry; mostly everyone thats in the audience) Instead of like the other award shows that the fans can pick the winner, Its all up to his music peers. Look the point is Trey will probally get a few votes, but not enough. Its a popualrity contest. For example win Taylor and Chris was up for new artist I felt like chris showld have won it, but didnt. The Grammy’s are so bogus. How did my boy put it ” Its not what you know, but WHO you know”. Thats why i think Beyonce is going to run the table, because she has so many friends in the music industry and people LOVE her.

It’s still a popularity contest, love. You can always predict who is going to win a Grammy. It’s usually the artist with the biggest sales and exposure to win the Grammys in whatever genre their music is. And then if they get the bigger noms for Biggest Record of the Year, etc.. if there is a “legend” in the category, the legend will take it, and if there is someone who makes presumably “real” music like a Norah Jones or John Mayer, they will get it.

trey was underrated before but now hes overrated all of his new songs SUCKKKKK! there not as good as his first cd which has singles that could be listened to over and over…he lost it and now he has to turn to sexualized lyrics over alright beats….he can still get it but i dont think that i can get down with a guy who loves to talk about sex over and over, kinda plays it out

Keri made her money by producing. She was a member for the Clutch, which got Ciara on with a few songs. She has done lots of production and writing for many artist, which is where the real $$ is anyway, and now decided to flip the script and make an album of her own. The girl has a nice voice which is more than I can say for Ciara and Rihanna.
