LOVE me some life, he could sing the newspaper to me and I’d be JUST fine with that. And no, knowone didnt say he cant sing, not sure what you’ve heard but he can blow. Not sure if you’ve heard ANY of his other stuff to say he cant sing. Also, I saw him live a few yrs back and you would have thought he had his CD playing because he sounded just like he does on his cd if not better, that’s how you KNOW a person can sing. His voice is a little different than a lot of artist out, it’s raspy and I love it, just like Anthony Hamilton, they have those unique voices.

I always supported Lyfe and will continue to do so but THIS, I’m not feeling at all.. The “busy” signal between the hook and the “awowowowowow” chorus is annoying and just throws the song off. Now, his vocals in between the song is straight but other than that I’m not really feeling it.

I am not sure what ya’ll hearing but this song is fiyah! Something about his voice like Anthony Hamilton is pure soul and just brings you in. I can so relate to this song lol…especially when a nigga either sending you to voice mail or always busy when you call lol. it’s a cute and funny song. Feeling it!

The verses sound good, the chorus can go. Lyfe can do better.
At first I thought the chorus was “jarring” or annoying.. but It’s actually really catchy and it’s the type of arrangement that will make you mock him.. then the next thing you know it’s stuck in your head.. I actually thought the chorus sounded good by the end of the song. Not a lyfe fan myself – the only song I have loved is “let’s stay together”
And surprisingly I didn’t find the busy signal that bad, but I’m male.. according to my mom noises like that get on females’ nerves because their hearing is more fine tuned to higher pitches.

I have to say that I’m really into the man’s work.. He puts a story and a Life behind all of his work.. His voice is unique and his flow is his own. I liked the song.. I get the message behind the busy signal in the back ground I just think that the engineer should just tone it down a bit. Spread the chorus so the words can be clearly understood and it works.. This particular artist work has helped me and I look forward to more of his creativity.
I would really like this song if you didn’t have that damn busy signal in the background and then that….aw wawawawa crap. I am really disappointed in this song. I LOVE LOVE LOVE some Lyfe, but this is NOT it!! And then to have that annoying Kandi on here. When she talks, it’s like nails on a chalkboard…..i’d rather hear her sing than talk anyday.
Lyfe, I usually love your music man, but I can honestly say I’m not diggin this track. The chorus is not hot. I guess the rest of the song is aight, but if u goin to put this on the new album I would at least change up the chorus. I’m not dissing at all because ur a music genius, but even a genius runs out of material sometimes.
From one Toledoan to another, keep up the good work. We can’t please everyone but as long as you are pleased no one can slow your progress.
i have nothing but respect for lyfe and his music, his music got me through a lot of rough times, and i always have a hard time pulling his cd’s out of my player, honestly have been waiting for him to bring out a new cd…….. i loved seeing him in concert, put on a great show in denver!…… loyal fan

The message is good the chorus need work i was feeling it tilll the ur your your ur ur ur always busy part. keep it short. try a low tone voice wit just …”your always busy” and the busy signal sound effects maybe at the beginning but not at every chorus. then give the dial tone at the end to her and call me LOL!
