I had the distinct pleasure of finding a link in my inbox yesterday….The Sea has been playing ever since the moment i touched the play button….This album takes you on a journey…..thru gripping music and haunting lyrics-This album is in one word a MASTERPIECE! Kudos Corrine Bailey Rae ( I have made a point to share this album with everyone I know

I love Corrine!!!!!!! I love the album!!!!!! She is a true kept secret in the music industry. She is such a soft and gentle artist with so much depth to her music. I am always taken to another place when listening to her music! She is awesome!!!!! I can’t wait to get my copy when it comes out.

i’m loving Corrine’s album so far, she’s always a breath of fresh air.
this album is orgasmic. i feel like i’m making love to music when i hear this.
I really love her and enjoy her sound I wish should would have had a few more uptempo songs.
A few of the songs I really like, some of the others are wrist slitting… I will purchase!

Why does her voice remind me of billie holliday when she hits certain notes? I think she did well on this album. it’s one of those that i could put on play all the way thru while reading or cleaning.
She’s one of the few people who respects her craft. Amazing and refreshing….We tired of hearing Bubble Gum and semi naked women gyrating !!!!
This album is so awesome. I listened to it over at NPR and while it is chill and soothing, each song is so distinct and heartbreaking. The Sea is the album I really wished The Element of Freedom turned out to be.
