Omarion has signed on as the new judge on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew replacing Shane Sparks following his recent child molestation charges.
On joining the show, Omarion said:
“I’m so excited to be a judge on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew. Dancing and performing is what I do and being a judge on this show will allow me to give creative feedback to the newest and hottest dancers on the rise.”
Omarion, who is reportedly professionally trained in tap, jazz, hip-hop and African dance, will make his debut with Lil Mama and JC Chasez on January 28 at 10 PM ET/PT.
Im glad Omarion is replacing him. next up they need to replace lil mama’s corny ass

Lil Mama needs to be replaced! She doesn’t even dance. Apparently all she does is go to Walgreens and put on 43 cent lipgloss. These dance shows are getting out of hand and becoming even worse than the reality shows.

THIS IS A GOOD LOOK FOR OMARION. He’s not doing that great on the charts as a solo artist but dance has always been his thing. This is a great addition to ABDC and I think the viewers will agree.

She’s no choreographer and learned steps like everyone else. She’s too opionated which is why she thought it was okay to get on stage with Jay and Alicia. ABDC amongst the other show is very creative when it comes to the dance moves and style.
I’m happy for Omarion, maybe this will help him reclaim a little bit of relevancy.
I occasionally watch this show on MTV. I’m glad they finally are getting a judge that can actually “DANCE”! If you’re going to judge a dance show, shouldn’t being able to dance be a qualification! I’m just saying…Lil Mama couldn’t dance her way out of a paper bag.

What? They could not afford Chris Brown? I am sure Omarion begged to be on this to promote his album. They need to replace Lil Papa with Ciara because she needs to learn from Omarion and start begging too to try to bring back her “career”. JC needs to be replaced too, he is not a dancer.
