Mercedes Benz Fashion Week kicked off Thursday, and the American fashion industry has united to help Haiti with the Fashion for Haiti fundraiser in response to the devastating earthquake last month.
The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has named Beyonce the official face of the Fashion for Haiti T-shirt, and you can check out her promo video above.
In addition, supermodel Naomi Campbell has organized the Fashion for Relief event to be held Friday, February 12, at 7. The star-studded runway show and auction will benefit CARE by raising funds to rebuild Haiti’s healthcare system. All donated garments will be auctioned online at Net-a-Porter, and the donation is tax deductible with 100 percent of ticket sales benefiting CARE.
Proceeds from the sale of the Fashion for Haiti T-shirt will benefit the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund (which has come under scrutiny for its lack of accountability) and features a black and lime green logo on the front with the tagline “Hope Help Heal Haiti”. The shirt is available in both men’s and women’s style and costs $25.

Lmao, I don’t know what’s stranger….the fact that people who don’t believe in the satanism and occult in the entertainment industry will consistently, persistently, and OBSESSIVELY read the posts by those that do, or that they will write 2-5 paragraph essays about it. I think it speaks to the intellectual frustration that they feel being sheep that can’t deduce or perceive what is going on around them. It’s sad really because if they were as secure in this “reality” as they claim to be, they would ignore comments that they can’t comprehend or that irritate them. I think that if anyone is dumb enough to give money to a charity involving Haiti; which is the poorest country in the western hemisphere, has been for years, and is a militarized zone, you get what you deserve.
