Eartha passed away in late 2008 at the age of 81, but she will forever be known for her sultry voice, dance moves, sex appeal and her outspokenness. She was and still is an international symbol of elegance and sensuality.

This is to all the people who commented on the race of Ertha Kitt.
Why is it that everyone has to be seperated to what race they are…white…blk or whatever. I have two biracial daughters and two white daughters and I teach them to love, respect exactly who they are on the inside, the seed of their heart,not the seed of their’s daddy’s sperm. It is not about what race they are or what they look like on the outside. I am so tired of ignorant people who always classify and only speaking only on looks or race. Get over yourselves….WE ARE ALL PEOPLE blood, sweat & tears we all got that in common…Ertha was a beautiful, classic, strong women!

Time just goes and goes, like cycles. People had nothing but bad things to say about Ms. Kitt during her time, and now she’s a legend. Only time will tell who our current celebrities will become, or how history will paint them.
