I’ll have to see bout this, I wont lie, I’m still a little leery of Chris but if his music is on point…he should be allowed to move on too right?

  2. Seriously

Not feeling the song Chris Brown has one sound to me I heard one song I feel like I heard all his songs

  3. Gucci

Really a mixtape? Graffiti might as well have been a mixtape too….this shit is garbage. Sorry CB fans, but his career is no longer mainstream….LOL

  4. Meli

I liked it. The mixtape was hot.

  5. truth

I always wonder why the same people always say the same things in every CB post. *blank stare* All sounds repetitive tbh. Why even bother?

  6. This mixtape isn’t that bad. I’m listening to it now while working on some new posts for CL. The track “convertible” he rapping like Nicki Minaj. LMAO.

  7. Tara

Mixtape Is fire!!!!! My favorite song is No Bullshit

  8. S.X.

gotta give this a listen forreal…

  9. NC17

Not feeling the mixtape, Graffiti was an obvious misfire and this is more of the same. sorry Breezy

  10. CJ

It’s a free forum and all but it is obvious when people are just plain hating. Smh. C. Breezy is very talented and he deserves props for that

  11. Who? Me?

To each its own. He deseves to make music too. All the best to him. I probably won’t take a serious listen to this personally.

  12. Kris in Dallas

    He’s beautiful..and very talented

  13. Boss Lady

its a decent Mixtape.. I might have to say its little better than Graffiti. i still think he rushed that album and I think he should have taken a little more time before he put that album out maybe it wouldnt have flopped if he would hav e took his time with it

  14. Laylay

This mixtape is so wack i only like one song and that perfume and thats cuz my girl seven is on there killing it. it should of just ben her on the track instead of her and chris brown as for the other tracks they all sound the same to me chris brown really need to step his game up

  15. fanatic

LOVE GRAFITTI AND LOVE THE MIXTAPE. LET THE RIHANNA CLIT RIDERS KEEP HATIN’ CHRIS AND CONTINUE TO DO YOU CUZ ANYONE WHO HAS COMMON SENSE KNOWS WHO HAS THE REAL TALENT HERE. STAY GRINDIN’

  16. Cammie

I don’t like ANY of his music, and I not interested in hearing Love Songs from a contrite womanbeater, he needs to make some redemption songs instead music about sex. He will never learn, that’s why his career is failing. I noticed his album flopped, and he hasn’t been invited on ANY major network shows to promote his album.

  17. Renae

    Like this!!!!!!!!!!!!

  18. Tye Himself

It’s amusing how the majority of Chirs’ haters are women (men do apply as well). This mixtape is fairly dope, and as the intelligent R&B artist he is to release it on an occasion, that makes it even better.

    Something to fuck to.

    [lol]

Give it a chance. I bet half of his haters have his album or mixtape in the deck RIGHT NOW with all the trash talk. Cease it.

And for the record, the dispute between the two was last decade. Let’s uhh…let’s proceed to the future now. That’s why that call it a moment in history folks. a moment…in history.

  19. Madison

Yall are ridiculous. If you have heard the mixtape and don’t like it or don’t like Chris then that’s your opinion. You have a right to feel that way but keep your opinion off of articles about his shit cause the fans don’t give a fuck what you have to say. If you havent listened to the mixtape then you sound stupid for saying anything on here at all because you’re speaking on something you know nothing about.

I think its great that Chris Brown is trying to do something. No one criticizes all the other artists out here for the dirt they do. He mades a mistake, he paid the price. Rihanna’s ass looks ok to me, so what the hell yall trippin for? Makes me soo damn sick. I like the mixtape. Kudos Chris.

  20. DizzyGuy1985

    ANGEL is right.

Convertible he sounds like Nicki Minaj…”I’m flyer than an eagle that’s balding”…As long as he doesn’t make those crazy faces I’m okay with it though.

The cd is pretty good. But I feel like he is going down a dark path. Talking about “weed” and “ass”. It just seems like he wouldn’t be doing this if the situation were different. I love graphitti and love this.

  21. tee

I love his mixtape. Its all r&b and I love that.I watch all the ustreams(I think he did 3 nights) when he was making this so I already knew I would love it.People need to remember that hes almost 21 years old so of course hes talking about sex and stuff like that more.I also love his cd Graffiti but its a mix of music not just r&b.I think people r tryna sleep on chris because of what happened.I will never sleep on him,i’ve been a fan since he was sixteen and I’ve see the growth and changes that he has gon through both as an artist and as a person.People can say what they want but chris isnt going anywhere. He sings, dance, puts on a great show and he writes.

  22. raven

.* this is one of my favoritee mixtapes !

    –i lovee chris brown ! <3

  23. Comme des garcons

I dig it and its a shame he didnt release the full version of Graffiti that I got in the U.S. He crazy he made mad songs for the cd and released a cut back version for here. I dont get it… well… . He is the business a great vocalist and dancer. Keep striving Chris!!

  24. I LOVE THIS GAME

HOT MESS , all day long .

  25. Whatever My Screen Name Was

Graffiti is amazing. It’s eclectic and it represents more than
R&B. The man is grown, he’s not going to sing about sunshine and rainbows forever. As a matter of fact he never did. Most of his songs had a malleable form of talking about sex, so not to disturb the adults. Now that he’s lost his boy next door image, he’s free to explore his grown and sexy.. why not go with it for this genre. It’s a mixtape, for his grown fans… and you had to spend precious time to download it, the traffic for it was so dense that it took up to 40 minutes for some….so I know haters don’t know sh*t about it…right?

He has many, many fans, so get over it, don’t get scared that’ he’s climbing back…yeah, he’s still standing.

Rude boy is about what? That’s all her conversation consists of these days big d***! Man get out of here with that hypocritical bs. Oh and I don’t hear the Nicky Minaj thing at all.

  26. Down Right

Uhh…Most people found out about this mixtape on twitter because there was so much hype around it. The general consensus is that its HOT! And is not just coming from his obvious fans, but from grown men and women, who are fans of DJ DRAMA who were kinda skeptical about this CB mixtape, are giving Chris his props.

Of course everyone is not going to like it and not everyone does like it, thats fine. Some people on here are just obviously hating cuz its Chris Brown (and they’re Rih-stans), not necessarily because of the music, so their opinions are funny cuz the majority say the music is hot. Just twitter search “chris brown mixtape” or even just “chris brown” and you will see what the majority of the people are saying and songs of his they are playing (they’re playing songs from In My Zone!)
    -
lol @ Angel, yea the mixtape is pretty good (i thinks it great), of course not every track is hot but I think most of them are. And I can see what you mean about his rapping on Convertible (one of the hot songs by the way “my drop top convertible, got my transformer), had to go back and take a careful listen and then had to laugh, I see it lol
    -
The songs that I think are good:
Too Freaky, No Bullshit, Sex, Medusa, Invented Head, Convertible,Shoes, I Get Around (I do dat!), Perfume, Work Wit It, Turnt Up, Back Out, Bad (minus Soulja Boy, ugh), Don’t Lie, How Low, I Wanna Rock
The rest are okay, Say Ahh (skip), TYA (skip), Twitter (heard it a while ago, skip), Glow in the Dark (heard it before, skip)

  27. vhulin

As usual, I sad that the world can’t leave stuff alone that needs to be moved from. The situation occured and “yes” everyone needs to learn from it. But there are several lessons to be learned besides the obvious. I would hope that people could look past someone’s private situation and enjoy them for their purpose. Chris’s purpose to bring us feel good music. I like, no I love the mixtape. It shows us a different side to this young man. I’m glad to see that he is pushing through ALL of the negativity. What people have to realize is that when they drag Chris down the road of the past, they drag Rihanna as well. Both of those people need to be able to heal, and they both agree that getting back to what they love is how they are coping in some ways. All Chris or Rihanna asks is that people will stop judging them on the situation and listen to the music. All of their music has its merrits. So stop acting ignorant and bashing the musicians, the music, and their fans. Let the past be the past and heal along with them. Thumbs up to Chris for putting his heart into this project for his fans and allowing us to see this very masculine, sexier side of him.

  28. TR3NDSETTER101

I actually like this song to be honest and i’m not even a CB fan but it actually has a very catchy sound 2 it but can somebody PUHLEAZE tell me…did lil’ Chris say he “horny” and “shit”?! lol Guess that’s his definition of growing up but idk i agree with number the person @#2 though…Chris’s songs do sometimes tend to sound the same BUT then again that’s just music period these days…no original sounds :( but idk…not sure if i’m gonna download the mix tape but uhh we’ll see…….:D

  29. KEEM

it is right, diff side of his music which he doesnt show i fucks wit it though…no bullshit lolz!!!

  30. Down Right

“he ain’t even 21 but he already on that grown shit” – Invented Head

  31. kimmy

The mixtape is really good. I’ve been listening to it all last night and this morning. I’m really enjoying it.

  32. Love

I love the mixtape. I will always be a Chris Brown fan! The mixtape is on fire I love every song.

  33. DizzyGuy1985

“I want to pull your hair, but I know their tracks”…lol..Gotta love Chris!!!!!!

  34. J. Li

Graffiti is a good album. People are SO busy blowing up the head of ” Lil Ms Can’t Keep My Clothes On” that they are neglecting to give him a chance. Newsflash people: She did NOT pursue any further charges against him. She did not appeal the decision. Get over and off it already. We aren’t holding her accountable for not setting a good example for young women, so why keep persecuting him?!? She does a 20/20 interview discussing how little girls look up to her, yet she is just as provocative as ever. Where is her backlash?

  35. Deann Dmere

    I didn’t take a full listen sowwie…:(..
Yet i’m team Chrissy all the way..
The song sounds so boring tho..

  36. backingbarack

    Medusa?

He has terrible taste in women for him to be comparing them to Medusa. No wonder he is in the predicament that he is.

  37. netta

he sounds like he’s raping like kanya west in some songs/… It’s a cool mixtape for Chris, he still needs time to grow…. young boi

  38. MINDFUL

The mixtape is not bad. His album is good as well. I think someone people are just commenting without even taken the time to listen to the music. If you dont like Chris OH WELL but don’t speak about something you haven’t even listened to just because you dont like the artist for your own “personal” reasons. Some people on CL are so damn immature.

  39. teresa

I don’t normally listen to Chris Brown that much but I must admit that this mixtape is good. I love real RnB and this doesn’t sound kiddie like mostof his music. Chris has really grown up.

  40. Fire

Wait…is Rihanna ripping off Ebony Bones?
    .
    w w w .myspace.com/ebonybones
    .
Her video ‘Rude Boy’ promo pic looks just like her!

  41. Me

I wasn’t really a CB fan before last year, but I did buy Graffiti in Dec. to support him and have been playing it ever since! This mixtape is really good too, but it’s just going in a different direction (as lots of mixtapes are), but it’s expected b/c he is growing up. He’s still a kid to me at least until he turns 21, so I have to not reallllly think about who is singing it,lol. :) It was a nice gift for his fans.

    Faves so far:

    Too Freaky
    Convertible
    Don’t Lie
    Invented Head
Big Booty Judy (is just funny to me with a hot beat)
    Madusa
I Get Around (luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuv this one. The beat is so bangin)
    Twitter
    How Low Can You Go
TYA (again, funny but good beat)
Glow in the Dark (luuuuuuuuuuuv this. reminds me of Prince or something)

  42. Me

Ok and “No Bullsh*t” is hot too.

  43. rihanna

    hunny take a seat.

  44. fattygirl218

this mixtape if FIRE! i heard songs on ustream a couple weeks back with kmac and was feeling it. I love this mixtape! my favorite song is work wit it!!!

  45. Aloena

I like it i’ve been listening to it for the past 48 hours and I like it. I was wondering when CL would post this. No I LOVE IT!! Can we just leave the past behind us. Don’t you guys all come here and act like saints as if you never made a mistake in your life…

  46. COCO CHANEL

HIS MIXTAPE SOUNDS BETTER THAN HIS CD

  47. JstBReal

I think CB needs to grow more as an artist and person before hes fully embraced by the public again.I’m sure he’ll comeback better than ever if he took that route.

  48. Me

I think Graffiti (one of the best of the year for me) and the mixtape are realllly good. They’re just different. Graffiti, you can listen to yearrrrrrrs from now and still luv the songs. Most of the mixtape songs are more trendy.” Big Booty Judy” won’t be hot years from now, lol

  49. blackbeauty

All yall bit*hes thatz hatin need to stop and get a fu*kin life. Ya goddamn loserz.
    I love CB!!!

  50. BOBBY

STOP THROWING SHADE AT RIHANNA EVERY TIME THIS FOOL PUTS OUT ANOTHER FLOP. IT ISN’T HER FAULT. IT’S HIS FAULT FOR RELEASING WACK A$$ MATERIAL. LIKE SOMEONE SAID…IF YOU HEARD ONE SONG YOU’VE HEARD THEM ALL. STEP IT UP CHRIS. HIS STANS NEED TO KEEP RIHANNA’S NAME OUT OF THEIR MOUTHS.

  51. READ DUMMIES

Angel said the mixtape ISN’T THAT BAD. That means it ISN’T THAT GOOD EITHER. Breezy stans CALM DOWN. He is NOT ALL THAT. Get used to seeing him AT THE BOTTOM of the charts.

  52. mello

It’s ok..but he got such a nice voice, y is he rapping half of his songs..i HATE that. sing, n*gga, sing! and aint nobody really checkin for him since he whoopped RhiRhi’s ass. I feel bad ,because if that hadn’t happened his record label woulda put more money into him and his music would be better, and everyone would still love him :(

  53. Tiye8

Downloaded it today; I love it. “Work Wit It” and the brief ode to “Say Ahh” are very tight. his Chris has undeniable talent, period.

  54. silent

where is the 32 tracks i heard about i only see 21 why the did he make cut backs

  55. Tiye8

Yeah, I was looking for 32 tracks also; I was really looking for his “Say Something” remix.

  56. BMore Careful

    Luvs it…Go Breezy!!!

  57. GetOverIt...Real Talk

This mixtape is fiya!! Believe me, my man agreed last night (on repeat) :)

    No Bullshit
