Leave Whitney alone!!! She has paid her dues and put out enough great music & stellar performances that she is allowed to have an off night. So what if she didn’t sound her best. She still showed up and gave it her all. The fans were still cheering and applauding for her. Interview the crazy, loud, cheering stans in the audience not just the handful of people that had something negative to say. Whitney is still loved.
I wish I could rewind and go back to the beautiful young fresh-faced Whitney Houston that sang the greatest love of all. She was so innocent and pure in that video. I hate what the business and that life has done to her. She was one of the only female singers that I would look forward to seeing perform on any show because she had an amazing gift. Ugh cocaine is a helluva drug!
some of yall need to STFU, this woman has given so much to the music industry in the past 25yrs and all you guys could keep talkin about this bad performance. We all know she is not what she use to be, but thats what drugs do to you. This doesn’t mean that is currently on the stuff, look at her she looks good and healthy, her voice is just ruined. I know Natalie Cole was on that ‘white horse’ and was able to maintain her voice and stage presence. Granted she didn’t have the pipes like Ms. Houston but other entertainers came back and didn’t miss a beat. I wonder why Whitney is having such a hard time. I agree with #11 completely.
Never-the-less, I still bought the album and supported Whitney & Clive.
