I’m glad to see her un-attached from Avant personally. Those duets were a little over done.

I wonder if The Underdogs produced this since this sounds like something Tank would sing lol, and at parts of the song she does remind me of Brandy (but Brandy has also worked with the same producers). I think her album is gonna be pretty good.

As another post has stated, this is grown folks music. The lyrics are on point and her voice brings the song to life. I will definitely put this in my “lets get it on” category. You have to have a mature mindset to appreciate this.

I like this song better than the other one, but it is not a strong single (if it is one).
I think that this is a good song. She has a wonderful voice. There is plenty of room for everyone. She deserves her spot in the game, so fall back. Maybe its just me, but I don’t really hear the Brandy resemblance. Everyone sounds like each other these days anyway. Her music reminds me of Kelly Price, Syleena Johnson, Deborah Cox, Tamia…This is grown folk music. Good to hear some real R&B.

She definitely has been giving me a Brandy vibe this time around. They don’t necessarily sound alike, but I some of their vocal mannerisms and background arrangements are similar. I can hear Brandy doing a lot of these songs.
Anyway, I’m really looking forward to the album! Sounds like some good 90s R&B music.
Ya’ll crazy saying she sound like Brandy WTF no she dont not at all and this dont sound like 90′s music to me. It sound like 2010′s r&b this shit rocks hard. What 90′s music does it sound like, I guess. It sounds like updated rnb music to me. Just cause it’s is r&b dont mean it’s 90′s this shit has a pop edge and vibe to it just like her video to Who Knew it has a pop spin on it as well. I heard the whole album it’s more pop mixed with rnb and she has a jazzy rnb poppy song on there and hiphop song where she rapping on as well. Her album is pretty much verstaile. It’s a great album from start to finish every track is 10/10 and love every record they all could singles I believe.
Anyway she gon be on the BET Monique Show she tapes on Feb. 25 and she gon be at S.O.B.’s on 17th I believe.

She has alot of talent and a gifted with a beautiful voice, problem is, if you don’t have the right producers or willing to show you arse..then the industry is not feeling you. I hate to see certain entertainers who can’t sing, get all the spotlight, while those that can, get shade. I’m looking out for the CD, her voice gives me goose bumps, I read somewhere that hopefully 2010 is the year of real music, Monica, Toni Braxton, Brandy, Keke and the likes. I really hope so, this synthized shish and trying to be a fashion icon is dead.
Honestly, at first, the first singer that popped into my head was “Monica”! I was like, OMG!, Monica should’ve copped this. But you know, Keke ain’t even a solid second, she’s all the way first! I don’t think anyone could’ve done this song better.
