HOT OR NOT: J. HOLIDAY – “PRETTY BODY”

Check out new music from J. Holiday, in the form the mid-tempo synth ballad, “Pretty Body.”

Supposedly, the new Los Da Mystro-produced track is the first single from J. Holiday’s presently untitled third studio effort. Oddly enough, with The Dream’s new single leaking as well, the tracks have the same feel for both their first singles.

NEWS: SPEEDSKATER SHANI DAVIS CONTINUES TO MAKE HISTORY

Olympian Shani Davis made history four years ago in Turin when he became the first African-American athlete to win an individual gold medal at the Winter Games. On Wednesday, he continued to make history by claiming the gold again and becoming the first male skater to win the 1,000-meter speedskating event twice.


“When you’re a world champion or an Olympic champion, you get this little thing on your back called a target. To go out there and win the 1,000 meters twice is truly amazing,” Davis said of his win.

Fellow American Chad Hedrick won the bronze medal in the event and commented on the animosity between the two previously at Turin. Davis had expressed interest in pursuing individual events, and at a news conference, Hedrick mentioned the team pursuit. Davis then stormed out, complaining that Hedrick congratulated him only on his silver medal and not his gold. Continue
