Futuristic songstress Janelle Monáe finally debuts the video for her first single, “Tight Rope,” featuring Big Boi of OutKast fame.

“Tight Rope,” directed by Wendy Morgan, comes from Janelle’s upoming full-length LP, The ArchAndroid, which will hit stores May 18th.

Soulstress Erykah Badu hit up BET’s “106 & Park” earlier this week in New York City. The singer was there promoting her new album, ‘New Amerykah, Part II: Return of the Ankh‘, which is IN STORES NOW.
