I bought his cd. like his CD. I don’t care about his personal life. He did it and has apologized numerous times. Keep doing your thing. People know he is talented. Keep recording/writing and dancing and acting. Keep it moving.

This is nice of him. As of him asking fans that he needs their support I can only respond by saying that unfortunately that album that came out last year just wasn’t all that great especially all the euro-pop R&B tracks he tried to go for. He should’ve just took a break and fine tuned his sound then came back out this year.

Good for you CB. It’s great to see that after all the negativity of the past few years, you are back doing your music and doing other positive things as well. Keep it up, because no one can take away the God given talent that you have and it’s only a matter of time before you will find yourself back where you want/need to be in your career.
Unlike RiRi, who is the biggest hypocrite out there. She was well aware of the court order which barred you from discussing the details of “the incident” so instead as soon as she was able to, she goes to every broadcast/television/internet outlet that would have her and tells a one-sided story. Being close to people in the industry who have worked with Ri Ri and had knowledge of the CB/RiRi relationship since day one, it was common knowledge that she was very quick to raise her hand to him. She is well aware that she dealt probably more blows than he did over the course of their relationship but it was at a point where RiRi was “hurt”, not because of the physicality of that particular episode, but the mere fact that he was without a doubt getting’ it in with someone else in addition to her and her inability to handle that she wasn’t the “all that and a bag of chips” to CB that she thought she was it what pushed her over the edge and into strictly REVENGE mode. Yeah folks, we all know that the photos don’t lie and those were awful photos that showed the result of the beating, however, we all know the double standard if not the stigma associated with how abused men NEVER come forward in fear of being branded a “punk”. So given the opportunity to see pics of CB after a RiRi beat down, I think you’d be surprised.
Does she still love CB, HELL YEAH she does, she admitted it in one or more of her various ridiculous interviews. Now she has taken her “revenge mode” to the level of being more and more provocative in her music and showing as much of her body as possible; that’s all to show CB what he’s “missing out on”. Seriously, it’s gotten old and everyone is over you RiRi. The folks managing her music career need to let this album run its course and then reel that girl back in. I’m just waiting for the day when photos surface of CB kicking hard with the new chick in his life in the press/internet, etc and believe me folks, RiRi is going to lose her sh*t and before you know it SHE is going to be caught out there in violation of that court order for the two of them to stay away from each other.

@COLON GET PAPA’W yup its true…..when I heard the story. I already forgiven both of them and got passed that and focus more on the music. The media is more concerned about the negative side of Chris Brown or any other black entertainers, instead of the positive side or their accomplishments. We don’t need to go behind the scenes to know what the industry is like because its right in our faces. from the t.v. show such as the game, movies like notorious, honey and dream girls. Its all about looks, greed, making connections and favoritism.
I agree that celebrities must realize that they are to uphold the same moral standards that we should uphold. At the same time, if you’re gonna stop supporting Chris Brown’s career, just think about some of the clothes and shoes you got on ya. The people that made those work endless hours in sweatshops. I’m sayin this: If you’re gonna call someone out on them failing to uphold a moral standard, be prepared to done the same way.
Now, as for Chris asking fans for his support, he’s got to realize that it doesn’t work like that. He’s gonna have to do a lot more to earn back even one-fourth of the respect people have lost for him. Also, the reason why radio stations haven’t been playin his new music is because he hasn’t released a new single since “Crawl,” which was out in November. My radio station was bumpin “I Can Transform Ya” and “Crawl” like it was nobody’s business all 4th quarter last year. It is March 2010, and yet no new single, no new video, and no recent performances. If radio stations ain’t playin CB’s music, that’s only because he hasn’t given em any.
