Guess who was spotted arriving at a fundraising event. Hint: She’s set to release her first album in nearly five years in a couple of months.
It’s Toni Braxton. She attended the Have a Heart Day event in London on Friday benefiting the Starlight Children’s Foundation, which brightens the lives of seriously and terminally ill children.
Toni’s upcoming sixth album, Pulse, is scheduled to be released May 4, following 2005′s Libra.

Yess viva Toni! i was just having her song Spanish guitar in my head (“wish that i could hold you in my arms like that spanish guitar, all night loong”) lol..She has some great songs on her upcoming CD. all the ones I heard so far rival some of her best material, except maybe the Babyface ballads, but My Ring, If I Have To Wait (epic ballad), Pulse (haunting), Yesterday etc are all top notch songs with a current sound and they’re well interpreted. Hopefully she’ll get some decent promo this time around!

Toni rocking that cut-it looks so silky and healthy. She looks fantastic. I will be there to buy this album the day before it comes out. I love her, she can sing. Who knew anomalies like that existed in this day and age? She has a sultry, strong, soulful and unique. There’s nobody who can do Toni but Toni I’m so glad I can soon buy a new cd from her.
