As host of the 41st Annual NAACP Image Awards, actress Anika Noni Rose donned many great gowns. She walked the red carpet in a cream-colored Ysa Makino mermaid gown. She then switched to a canary BCBG Max Azria with gold accents. But she looked her best in the strapless ruby satin Naeem Khan trumpet gown.
Keri Hilson looked radiant when she wore a black flamenco style Rami Kashou dress and the rosette detail and ruffles looked great on her.
Teen sensation Keke Palmer caught everyone’s attention in an asymmetrical BCBG Max Azria gown in canary yellow which complemented her skin tone perfectly.
Golden Globe winner and Academy Award nominee (you like how I added that right?), Mo’Nique looked beautiful in her Tadashi Shoji Spring 2010 gown, not only winning big at the event but also on the red carpet.

Up and coming actor/model Jesse Williams (Grey’s Anatomy & Rihanna’s video boo) looked slick and fitted in his Marc Jacobs suit and do I even have to mention how good Lenny and Maxwell looked? Thumbs up indeed, Max!
Soulful singer Melanie Fiona opted to wear Canadian designer Severine Devailly to the awards. Overall the gold/nude look is cute because of the braided detail and her hair to match. ps. She is currently on tour with Alicia Keys, so make sure you go out and support!
Singer/actress Jill Scott dismissed the option of walking the red carpet in a gown and opted instead for a chic sequined Tadashi Shoji Spring 2010 dress in navy.
