Beyonce is here to stay and will become a legend right up there with Tina Turner and Madonna. The world loves beyonce. She is talented, motivated, young, beautiful, sexy, classy, sweet, kind and a fashion icon. Those shoes are the business. Beyonce is a true inspiration.
I cannot began to describe how suspect I am of the comments posted under anything Beyonce on concreteloop. Why do I always feel like someone is trying to deceive me or sell me something so useless? I have never read so much repetition and forced admiration. Some of this ‘praise’ is just unnatural. Okay we get it– You want someone to notice her legs, call her the queen (of what? i don’t know), and believe this mis-match collaboration is ‘epic.’…….okay. *shrug* Get some real jobs. Beyonce’s street team never sleeps. Surprised you didn’t start copy/pasting her verse repeatedly.
To the person who says that Beyonce can sing ANY genre of music and get away with it, you are hilarious. She slips under the radar is more like it. Okay she sings POP and watered-down R&B, and she is just good at that. Her ‘interpretation’ of blues (Etta, LAUGHABLE) and rock is merely just that–an interpretation, and forgettable. She does not seem to understand the different genres, though, not knowing how much of ‘beyonce’ to turn off or put into the songs. If an ‘artist’ cannot go outside of his or her comfort zone, then it defeats the purpose of experimenting with other genres. Ave Maria????????? Cute but lets not go there.LOL.. Many artists sing different genres, but unlike some commercial packaged, soulless singers, they are not trying to shove this ‘idea’ that they have mass appeal down everyone’s throat. I agree with whatever poster said that music is art, which means it is subjective. To be an ARTIST you have to be INNOVATIVE…..she isn’t. Don’t deny it.
At the end of the day no matter what I or anyone else is opposed to, Beyonce is at the top of her game. Where she will be in the next decade, though, time will tell. We also MUST admit that unlike those who are actually considered GREAT ARTIST she is simply the JACK of all trades and NOT a master at one!! How far that will take this young ‘legend’ (lol)……not sure, because that does not make ANY of her accomplishments IMPOSSIBLE. Got it?
