Halle Berry took the day to spend some quality time with her daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry at a park in Beverly Hills, California on Friday (March 5).
The two were there with friends and looked to be having a great day in the sun and sand. Cute.
Following a visit to the White House earlier this week, Beyonce cut the ribbon at the Beyonce Cosmetology Center at Phoenix House in Brooklyn on Friday (March 5) with her mother, Tina, while New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg looked on.
Beyonce was first acquainted with Phoenix House when she began preparing for her portrayal of Etta James in the film Cadillac Records, meeting with women in treatment. Moved by their stories, she donated the salary she received from the film, and she and Mama Tina developed the idea of adding a cosmetology program which would allow men and women in treatment to prepare for careers in the cosmetology field after a seven-month training course.
