Fox News’ Bret Baier grilled President Obama on what’s in the health care legislation in an exclusive interview on the show Special Report on Wednesday (March 17).
Many are saying Baier was being disrespectful for not allowing the President to finish his answers completely, but others are saying the Fox News reporter was trying to prevent the Prez from presenting long drawn out answers.
Either way, why did he apologize to the President at the end of the interview for interrupting so much then? Watch FULL interview here.

He was rude and it was uncalled for. I would’ve walked out on him- gotten him fired. You dont run interviews like that with anyone and especially not the dang President. What kills me about Americans is that they will spend millions on athletes/sports, but have an issue putting the same in Health Care.

This is the down side of freedom of speech. We should have respect for our President he is in authority. In other countries if they find you saying anything rude about the President you get in a lot of trouble especially someone foreign to the country will get put out. I am not saying to be that extreme, but we joke on our Presidents, we talk about them rudely, joke on their relationships (mad Tv, SNL) so no one is taught true respect and honor. Black people have to understand that white people are a very results oriented people. They’re not inherently emotional like black people have become in this captivity. This is why the interviewer stated that he is not a “process person”. In other words, he does not have time to listen to Obama drivel on about how long it will take to repair the white man’s country. Obama made a series of promises that he knew he could not keep and the white man is calling him out on that. This man is a FOX News correspondent, meaning that he represents a constituency of caucasians that never trusted Obama in the first place. What was he supposed to do, lob those softball questions and smile as Obama meandered on and on with his contrived charm? America is almost 2 trillion dollars in debt, the wars in the Middle East have escalated, jobs have steadily declined, and the economy is about to implode. If I were a white man, I would be angry also lol.

If it were any of the other 43 Presidents of the United States being interviewed this blatant disrespect would not be tolerated.We learn manners at home, well at least I know I did. My parents, grandparents and elders taught me to respect those superior to me whether it be by age or position. People are steadily complaining of all the wrong things President Barack Obama has done for the United States but, the real question is what are you doing to help your country. Before he became President things in America weren’t 100%. Rome wasn’t built in a day so we can’t expect 8 years of mayhem to be fixed in a year. When you are in power, the point is to retain that power, not figure out a way to make other races competitive. That’s what is called a “ruling class mentality”. I don’t understand what Republicans don’t get. The healthcare proposal is clear as day…I think that they are more worried about the pofits for insurance companies rather than actual healthcare and relief. Healthcare is something all people should have rich or poor.
It’s also amazing to me how Republicans complain about all the problems we are facing in this country, when they are the ones who created them. When Republican were in office they added to the country’s debt, started a senseless war, and failed Americans in New Orleans. I usually try get both sides of the story before I form my own opinion. But I can’t bring myself to watch the full interview. I have never seen the level of disrespect given to an American President as I have seen in the past year. When anybody said anything bad about Bush, Fox News was screaming they were “unpatriotic” for not supporting our commander-in-chief. Now they take pride in belittling and riding Obama’s a$$. Now they wanna cry “free speech”. The hypocrisy is so blatant and they don’t even try to hide it. This reeks of the inherent racism that is embedded in America.
