Jay-Z and Beyoncé made a quick visit the White House on Wednesday (March 3) while in town during a stop on the “BP3″ tour.
According to White House officials, the other attendees included Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles, singer Trey Songz, and industry executive Kevin Liles. The group toured the residence and then later, Jay actually had a quick, unscheduled visit with President Obama.
“For me, being with [President] Obama or having dinner with Bill Clinton … It’s crazy. It’s mind-blowing, because where I come from is just another world. We were just ignored by politicians — by America in general.” Says Jay-Z
Trey Songz tweeted about the experience saying, “Had the honor of meeting Barack Obama today – Surreal – GOD bless The President and his family.”
I don’t care how many albums sold, Grammys won, or dollars made, he should not be in the president’s chair.

Jay Z did nothing for Obama during the primaries or general election. Jay Z (and all the others, except Will I am, Cheryle Crow, and Oparah) jumped on the bandwagon late in the game. As a matter of fact he supported Hillary first and then the both of them in the end. He did no inspire anybody the regular people of this country inspired Hollywood .

You do know that as citizens of the U.S. we do can go visit the white house … that’s why it’s called the People’s House … and just like Presidents in the past, celebrities are welcome into the White House. My goodness the President has welcomed many people to the White House and considering the high profile of both Beyonce and Jay-Z it makes since for him to say hi. Chances are there are many rooms in the white house that are designed JUST like this but serve as mere places for tourist shots.

Your past has nothing to do with your future. Kudos to Jay-Z for not ending up in jail or dead but taking his past life and creating a future for others. He is the top man the game and his story is unmatched. He’s done so much as a rapper that you forget about his business accomplishments. This is one here – for a man to come from the streets and be on speed diial with the President gives young black men something to push towards.
Beyonce is a beautiful Queen and just as smart as her husband. She’s very well spoken and eloquent but also incredibly funny. She does have a brain and it’s takent her to the top of her game for over 12 years. She’s untouchable and her sweet demeanor will only bring her more well deserved blessings.
